Dear Bellacina by Casey Key Residents,
Like much of the world the Bellacina by Casey Key Board has been closely following the best practices and guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other government authorities to help play our part in minimizing the risk of COVID-19 (coronavirus) spread in our communities. As the state mandates begin to lift and businesses prepare to reopen, Bellacina by Casey Key Board and Pope Properties are working to apply the White House Coronavirus Task Force’s three-phase approach for re-opening the economy to our communities and amenity center, all while taking every precaution necessary to ensure the safety of all residents, employees and the public at large.
In each of the phases, transitions and timelines of moving from phase to phase will be determined by the HOA Board and in an abundance of caution may not follow the timing of local Governor Orders. Additionally, there must be adequate cleaning supplies and personal protection equipment upon the return of our team members.
We are excited to announce the second phase of reopening our community sports courts to residents only at this time effective Thursday May 14th. During Phase Two Sport courts may remain open ONLY to the extent strict adherence to social distancing can be met or areas of the courts are only utilized by residents and in groups no larger than 10 people. This includes but is not limited to tennis, pickleball and bocce ball. Residents only instructional classes or community league practice permitted following strict adherence to social distancing. No guests.
We still ask all residents to follow good hygiene practices outlined by the CDC, including: frequent hand washing; sneezing or coughing into a tissue or the inside of your elbow; and wearing face coverings as appropriate. We would like to remind everyone that social distancing is still required and everyone’s social responsibility. We encourage all our residents to respect each other’s space while using the sport courts.
As we work through the various phases for reopening our community and amenity centers, please know you’ll receive more thorough communication from us. Thank you for your continued support in helping us uphold the health and wellness of our communities, residents and staff.
